T4NG has closed. Here is where VA IT work actually flows now.

The original T4NG ordering period ended on 6 March 2026, and T4NG2 — awarded in October 2023 to thirty primes — is where VA task orders now go. Privateer IT is not a T4NG2 prime, so we say plainly how VA work reaches us: as a subcontractor to a T4NG2 prime, through our GSA Multiple Award Schedule, or through a direct SDVOSB or HUBZone set-aside.

Similarly situated: why an SDVOSB subcontractor does not count against your 50%

On a services set-aside, a prime may not pay more than half the award to firms that are not similarly situated. Work performed by an SBA-certified SDVOSB does not count against that limit — which changes the arithmetic on how much of a set-aside a prime can actually subcontract, and to whom.

Agent-assisted engineering, in production on a VA system

On VA WebVRAM, our engineers containerized the application and built a workflow in which AI agents generate and maintain the system design, architecture, and DBIR artifacts, and raise Jira tickets automatically on code change or defect detection. It has been running in production through 2026 — documentation that stays current because it is produced by the same pipeline that ships the code.
