That is the company motto, and it is the whole promise. Privateer IT exists to give federal programs a delivery partner small enough to move quickly and disciplined enough to withstand the oversight that comes with public money.
In practice that means service levels we measure rather than assert, security evidence produced by how a system is built rather than assembled at the end, and reporting a program manager can take into a governance review without rewriting it first.
